The Sri Dalada Maligawa will relaunch its official website www.sridaladamaligawa.lk
On the 01st of January 2010 at a grand ceremony to be held at its media bureau. This occasion will be graced by the most Venerable Mahanayake Theros of the Syamopali Maha nikaya, at the Malwatte and Asgiriya chapters. On the invitation of the Hon Diyawadana Nilame Mrs.Lesha De Silva, Chairperson Sri Lanka Telecom, will be the chief guest.
All leading tourist organizations will be present at this occasion when the colorful and informative new web will be launched. This website will provide all the information one needs to know regarding the history, values, rituals, ceremonies and traditions of the maligawa.
