The country’s second largest cancer hospital financial assistance was awarded.

Sri Dalada Maligawa Hon .Diyawadana Nilame Pradeep Nilanga Dela was donated funds for construction of the Kandy General Hospital Cancer Hospital. Today ( 26.06.2015) at the Sri Dalada Maligawa were handed the check over to foundation of construction cancer hospital complex. And 2.5 million donated to the Buddhist Commissioner’s approval as presented.

The Diyawadana Nilame of Sri Dalada Maligawa presented yesterday 16th June that the meeting held to educate the officials of Perahera Organizing comity and others and announced The Kandy Esala Perahera Pageant 2015 is starting after the Ceremony of planting ‘Kap’ (auspicious post) preformed by the four devala’s on 15th of August . And announced the full program of the Kandy Esala Perahera Pageant 2015.
